Import of data from external systems:

A special system is supported for quick import of data from external systems via MS Excel for all types of nomenclatures: Items, Counterparties, Contacts, Warehouses, Chart of accounts, etc. Import of initial accounting balances, account turnovers and stocks is also supported.

-          Recurring import as a step in the processes.

The processes of Zeron V/4 support tasks for import of data from external systems as a step in the processes. This is usually data from machines or some kind of controllers or current orders, invoices, payrolls or other documents from external software products.

ECOD/EDI, import of bank statements and other standard formats are supported.

-         Web services for connection with online shops and B2B portals in real time.

Direct online connection for data exchange between Zeron V/4 and other software systems such as online shops, corporate portals for customer orders, as well as other cases where external software communicates directly with Zeron V/4, are also supported. We have built a flexible way of online communication with external systems, enabling the exchange of virtually any type of data in real time.

Export of data to external systems:

-          Manual data export

All references in Zeron V/4 can be exported with one click of the mouse to MS Excel, MS Word, Pdf, Html, Xml, Text and other formats.

-          Recurring export as a step in the processes.

Similarly to recurrent import, Zeron V/4 also supports tasks for data export as a step in the processes. Usually, these are MS Excel, MS Word or Pdf files of offers, invoices or background information intended for reading by persons external to the company, or by external systems. ECOD/EDI, eFactura and other standard formats are also supported.
