Zeron® Business Process Management

Business process management is the basic work ideology of Zeron® V/4. The activity of the company is divided into individual business processes and each process has its own diagram of tasks that must be fulfilled. Each task has its own independent purpose, but united in the business process the tasks work together to achieve the goal of the entire process, like the blocks in the Lego® constructors. Each task has responsible employees and a deadline for implementation. Each operator has a central screen showing all tasks of all business processes he has responsibilities in, with deadlines for their implementation, respectively. Tasks are displayed to operators in the form of a working calendar. The business process management covers not only the tasks that are standard for the ERP system such as invoicing, payment, etc., but also typical CRM tasks such as phone conversations, emails, forms (completing contracts and document forms), showing the user instructions for work in real time, etc. I.e. the business processes can cover each aspect of your employees' work and, respectively, each aspect of the employees' work can be traced: what they have done, when they have done it, what decisions they have taken, were they late beyond the specified deadlines, etc.
